Wyman's is excited to open our search for two skilled Maintenance professionals that have expertise in HVAC, Refrigeration, and/or Ammonia systems. These positions are primarily responsible for maintaining and operating ammonia, freon, boiler, air, and main water systems including their subsidiary equipment in a safe, efficient and competent manner throughout our frozen fruit processing plant and cold storage facilities throughout all of our locations (Deblois, Cherryfield, Hancock, Jonesboro). Performs preventative and predictive maintenance; periodically tests and inspects to verify equipment is operating within manufacturer's specifications and tolerances; troubleshoots equipment problems and repairs as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification or associate degree in HVAC/R or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in refrigeration maintenance or a similar role.

Certifications are preferred, but we would love to talk to you if you have experience and are willing to pursue your certifications.

These are year-round, full-time positions after an introductory period. Comprehensive benefits package available. Hourly pay range of $27.00 - $37.00, commensurate with education and experience.

Normal schedule 6:00am - 2:30pm, with call-in requirements as needed. Additional hours during our annual Wild Blueberry Harvest between July and September increase to 12 hours / day, 7 days / week.
