Your Role:

Handle apartment repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry Complete work orders quickly and professionally Maintain community appearance: buildings, amenities, and grounds Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance Follow safety and compliance guidelines (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED

HVAC experience strongly preferred

; EPA certification required Prior apartment or property maintenance experience Reliable transportation and basic tools Ability to work independently and with a team Strong communication and customer service skills Physical ability to walk property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
