SUMMARY: Perform repairs and maintenance on all hotel property including the Market and conference spaces as requested by Front Desk, Housekeeping and/or Management.
Reports to: Maintenance Facilities Manager
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work weekends
Experience required
Must be reliable. Excellent attendance and handle responsibility
Current DL is a necessity.
Must be self- starter. Ability to work on own.
Ability to multi- task a plus
Must be able to organize time effectively
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of position, such as standing for extended periods of time, heavy lifting, working on ladders, push, pull, carry. Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing stairs all required when performing inspections, guest requests and repairs.
