As a
Maintenance Technician
, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility and facilities of our clients by performing maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment.
Duties:
Perform maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment.
Maintain supplies and equipment to ensure it is in good condition.
Ensure that all required documentation is present and accurate.
Perform inspections to determine the condition of the facility.
Perform maintenance and improvements to the building or equipment.
Assist in the purchase of necessary supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
