LOCATION:

120 Deeds Dr., Dover, OH 44622

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

POSITION:

High Level Repair

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO:

Maintenance Supervisor

ROLE:

To be able to independently minimize company expenditures due to production downtime caused by machine failure. Restore machinery to maximum operating potential in an efficient and expedient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical and electrical systems.

To be able to install conduit and wiring for all power systems in the plant.

HVAC Operating and preventative maintenance knowledge

General knowledge of communication systems

Capable of making significant decisions based upon findings.

Implementation of extensive mechanical procedures.

Capable of utilizing all types of gauges or test equipment.

New and existing machine relocation and confirmation of operation.

Retrofit parts when necessary.

Observe and report areas that need addressed.

Understand the function and operation of all CNC controls.

Perform all mechanical repairs on all CNC machines.

Assist production in alignment and set up of CNC machines.

Perform extensive Preventive Maintenance of all machinery.

Provide detailed information to management.

Assist Technicians in troubleshooting or repair of CNC equipment.

Training of new processes and preventative maintenance on all CNC machinery.

Any and all miscellaneous duties assigned by management.

Attend training on new and update seminars as required by management

Communicate all PM updates on all machinery to Maintenance Supervisor.

Use laptop to diagnose machine problems.

Assist Building/Grounds Coordinator

Associate shall maintain the appropriate tool kit per the "Associate Tool Policy".

Fit (plumb) EMT

Fill out vendor repair requests

Submit stocking requests

Restock all common equipment

Minimum Qualifications

Able to lift 32 lbs. Valid Driver's License Able to use basic hand tools Able to basic electrical wiring Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic schematics

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Associate Degree - Mechanical and/or Electrical preferred

Experience

5 Years Experience working on Machine repairs & electrical diagnostics, preferred.

Must have complete requirements of High Level Repair Level 1

Skills

Troubleshooting - determine cause of problem and decide what to do about it.

Reading comprehension - understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

Read electrical schematics, read and understand blueprints and hydraulic schematics.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.25 per hour
