Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Our goal is to provide high quality homes at affordable prices. This property is an affordable housing development for senior citizens that are 55 years of age and older. The tenants have qualified to live in our community by income and age.
The purpose of a maintenance technician is to ensure that the apartments and property are in quality condition and operating efficiently to provide for a high quality of life for our residents by:
Quickly responding to emergency and essential repairs
Provide on-going routine maintenance and cleaning responsibilities
Manage and complete tenant work order requests, cleaning, & painting
Complete make ready repairs needed at a unit turnover.
Manage routine inventory for regular routine repairs
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to do essential duties outlined above
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work well with others and seniors in their homes'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
