Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM work

with regional travel across Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.

ABOUT THIS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ROLE

This is a rewarding, growth-focused opportunity where you're supported with training, tools, and a team that wants you to win. You'll earn

$18.00-$25.00 per hour (base) + persite incentives/commissions

, and when regular work is lighter, you'll be offered outoftown assignments with our construction crew so your hours (and income) stay reliable.

As our Maintenance Technician, you start your day with a clear route, your takehome company vehicle stocked with provided tools, and a plan: you'll inspect electrical systems, generators, and UPS units, perform oil changes, and complete repairs aligned with your experience, documenting findings and ensuring each site is ready for anything. You move confidently from customer to customer across our service region, applying your training and growing expertise; when the maintenance schedule slows, you pivot to outoftown construction crew work to keep your skills sharp and your paycheck steady. Every day, you protect uptime, and that impact is felt immediately.

Clean driver's license Fluent in English Comfortable working independently once training is complete

Preferred Qualifications:

You have prior maintenance/repair experience and are comfortable working alone after onboarding.
