Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who is experienced and highly self-motivated. The position will require an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This maintenance tech will work as part of a team maintaining 224 units in Thornton, Colorado. This individual will need to interact on a daily basis in a professional and courteous manner with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly, and have strong organizational skills to organize his/her workload, complete service requests, and meet with vendors.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily walks, repairs, and maintenance of the community common areas, grounds, and amenities Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Drywall, texturing, and patching repairs Respond to and complete maintenance work orders Perform quality Apartment make-ready turns Communicate and report maintenance issues to the Supervisor and other team members Pool maintenance -- CPO designation a plus Grounds keeping and snow removal Must participate in on-call rotation and ensure punctual response to on-call emergencies
Minimum Qualifications:

Personal set of general tools Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a drug and background check
Compensation:

$24.00-$29.00 Hourly Rate + Renewal Commissions
