We are seeking a reliable and skilled

Maintenance Technician

to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of our facility. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to support a safe and comfortable environment for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of the facility, identifying maintenance needs and safety concerns. Perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Maintain the building's interior and exterior, including minor carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks. Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and services. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed. Assist in emergency situations such as power outages, plumbing failures, or other urgent maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work. Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with facility policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
