Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on complex industrial equipment.
Utilize VFDs, motor control systems, HMIs, and PLC logic (Allen-Bradley preferred) for troubleshooting purposes.
Production Line Support
Maintain and improve production line performance through rapid response to equipment failures.
Reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) and prevent repeat failures through strong root-cause analysis.
Work Orders & Prioritization
Work autonomously to plan, prioritize, and complete work orders per shift.
Maintain an
85%+ on-time completion rate
for assigned work orders.
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance
Own scheduled PM tasks, ensuring completion and accuracy.
Identify risks before breakdowns occur and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Support reliability efforts, contributing to reduced unplanned downtime.
6S, TPM & Continuous Improvement
Lead by example on 6S expectations and uptime improvement initiatives.
Contribute to TPM activities and equipment health checks.
Support improvement projects that increase throughput, speed, or reliability.
Line Commissioning & Start-Up
Commission equipment after maintenance, ensuring smooth and accurate startup with minimal adjustments required.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and fellow maintenance techs.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Experience & Autonomy
Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
