The Glebe in Daleville, VA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech.

Job Qualifications:

Mustbe 18 years of age or older and be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions. Prior experience in maintenance and/or grounds work is desirable. Relevant skills include multi-tasking, interpersonal relationships and effective written and oral communications.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of preventative and repair maintenance duties to included plumbing, painting, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems as well as general ground work consisting of watering, small plant placement and pruning, and mulching under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and/or service vendors.
