Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Your hands-on skills will keep our environment safe and efficient while providing exceptional service to our team and customers.

What you'll do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Read and interpret schematics to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies.

Basic qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Experience in general upkeep of facilities.

Preferred qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with customer service principles to enhance team interactions.
