We're growing! We are seeking a full-time experienced, dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our dynamic team. Our team of maintenance technicians are responsible for completing maintenance requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in a timely and professional manner. As a valuable member of our team, your role is to help maintain the apartments. In coordination with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be assigned work orders to fulfill maintenance requests submitted by tenants and occasional larger projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Carpentry
: Ability to punch and prepare apartments for new residents
HVAC:
Ability to repair HVAC equipment in residential units;
Plumbing
: Light plumbing such as; ability to install plumbing fixtures, repair leaks, rodding and other light plumbing needs.
Electrical:
Light electrical such as; install electrical fixtures, ability to replace breakers; identify, track, and fix different types of shortages; repair intercom systems; run an additional electrical line and repair other basic electrical needs.
Appliance Repair:
Ability to troubleshoot and repair standard appliances (i.e. refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwashers.
Qualifications:
2+ Years of Experiences with HVAC and have a HVAC Certification.
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
Access to reliable automobile
Valid driver's license with auto insurance.
Have hand tools
On call rotation for emergencies (nights and weekends)
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Honest and able to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
