Quality Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time, Temporary. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with general building maintenance and is looking for a part-day schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Repair and maintain basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.

Assist with basic carpentry, painting, flooring and minor construction tasks.

Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, Flooring and general repairs

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
