Job Overview:

Ebenezer is looking for a

Maintenance Technician

to join our Senior Cooperative team at East Terrace Cooperative in Cambridge, MN! This position will be responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the building.



This maintenance schedule includes;60 hours every two weeks Full time; Day shift No weekends - on call for maintenance emergencies

Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance duties Schedules and perform assigned work order requests within a timely manner Performs routine inspections and repairs and documents on building logs/checklists, etc. Performs general repairs Performs other duties as assigned and directed On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Required Qualifications:

One to three years of previous experience Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Drivers License (in good standing)

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related Three to five years of previous experience

Qualifications:

$22.51- $31.78 Hourly
