We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Duties

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and CMMS software. Repair or replace components such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motors, sensors, and wiring. Conduct welding and residential painting as needed for facility upkeep. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures. Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities maintenance or equipment upgrades. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within CMMS systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Provide customer service support by addressing internal client needs related to facility operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in welding, electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software is highly desirable. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately. Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required. Supervising or leadership experience is beneficial for potential advancement opportunities. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or training in electrical work, welding, or manufacturing maintenance are preferred.
