Phillips Ranch Treatment Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our multi-building residential campus. Our environment operates 24/7, and this role is essential to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained space for our residents and staff.

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance across all facilities. This includes general building work, equipment upkeep, and grounds care. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and knowledgeable in a wide range of facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair building systems including basic plumbing and electrical Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs Complete preventative maintenance tasks to avoid systems failure Handle corrective repairs promptly and effectively Groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, weed control, and seasonal clean-up Snow removal and ice management during winter months Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely manner Ensure all work meets safety codes, building standards, and regulatory requirements for residential treatment centers Support emergency or after-hours maintenance needs as required Collaborate with leadership to ensure policy and safety compliance across the property
Qualifications

Previous experience in building, facility, or property maintenance Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to operate landscaping and snow-removal equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a 24/7 residential care setting Must be able to lift and carry equipment and perform physical tasks as needed
Schedule & Compensation

Full-time position On-call or after-hours flexibility may be required Competitive pay based on experience
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
