Job Description
Role Overview
We're seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance at our facility. This is a hands-on position for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping systems running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting). Diagnose and repair malfunctions quickly to reduce downtime. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. Maintain building infrastructure and safety systems, adhering to local regulations. Keep the workplace orderly and maintain parts inventory to ensure common repairs can be completed efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience or a similar technical role (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical knowledge preferred). Comfortable using hand and power tools and following safety protocols. Able to communicate issues clearly to supervisors and coworkers. Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions. High school diploma or equivalent (
required
