We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities across residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance, schematics, and HVAC systems. Duties

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, facilities, and infrastructure Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools One call shifts for 24hr resident maintenance emergencies (overtime compensation applies) Execute residential painting projects as part of facility upkeep or improvement tasks Maintain accurate maintenance records using AppWorks Tracking System. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance procedures Assist in facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs as well as grounds upkeep Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential properties. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals Electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and understanding of electrical systems Experience with AppWork or other systems for work order management and documentation Residential painting skills are a plus for facility improvement projects Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
