Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team, specializing in the upkeep and repair of single-family homes. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs such as sheetrock and painting. This position requires a self-starter who can manage their time effectively and work independently while providing excellent service to residents and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks for single-family homes. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. Complete general home repairs, including sheetrock patching, painting, and carpentry. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure homes are in top condition. Communicate effectively with residents and management regarding maintenance updates and timelines. Maintain an organized and safe workspace at job sites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in home maintenance or a related field. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general home repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must supply personal tools; a company vehicle will be provided. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
