Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the property to the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems. Conduct regular inspections of hotel property and systems. Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls. Assist with preventative maintenance programs and energy conservation efforts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and hotel brand standards. Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. Support emergency procedures, including fire and safety drills. Maintain logs and documentation of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel maintenance or general maintenance, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting. Strong working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities as required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Familiarity with Marriott/Aloft brand standards is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
