Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Maintenance Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs for residential properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.) Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests Conduct routine property inspections and identify preventive maintenance needs Prepare units for new tenants (turnovers, cleaning, minor repairs) Coordinate with vendors and office staff to ensure efficient completion of work orders Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of general maintenance or property management experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and time management skills
