WHAT YOU'LL DO:




This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and continuous improvement of building systems and equipment of the corporate office in accordance with company and safety standards, providing ad-hoc support to several satellite locations across Western Washington, and ensuring consistent facility standards across our regional footprint.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



Perform regular "walk-throughs" of the corporate office to identify and resolve immediate facility needs. Maintain the professional appearance of common areas, conference rooms, and exterior entrances. Manage waste removal, recycling programs, and immediate spill response. Assist with internal office moves, furniture assembly, and event setups. Perform light maintenance repairs such as plumbing (clogged drains, faucet leaks),electrical (bulb replacement, ballast swaps), and carpentry (drywall patching, painting, flooring touch up). On a routine basis, inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, fire life safety systems, and elevator functionality and report issues to specialized vendors. Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems. Order and manage inventory of parts and maintenance and other supplies as needed to ensure cost control and minimal downtime. Act as the primary onsite contact for specialized contractors (HVAC techs, locksmiths, landscapers, etc.), ensuring work is completed to standard. Maintain detailed and accurate records of completed repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance. Perform routine inspections and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests at satellite locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



High School diploma or GED 3+ years' experience in commercial facilities maintenance or similar role. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Valid driver's license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:



Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office. Proficient with basic hand and power tools Functional knowledge of commercial building systems Ability to adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, and simultaneous demands. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, including effective use of listening skills. Ability to notice discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and requests from various people at any given time and act independently. Knowledgeable of departmental and company practices, policies and programs in a corporate environment.

SALARY:




Hiring Range: $28.83/Hour - $34.57/Hour

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



This position is deemed a safety sensitive position. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. May work around moving objects or vehicles and will need to be aware of surroundings for personal safety.
