Must be a high school graduate. Must be familiar with OSHA standards and regulations. Will be required to travel between to all sites as needed. Plumbing, light construction, HVAC, electrical, or other similar skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to climb a ladder for extended periods of time
Must be able to crawl beneath buildings or up in attic spaces
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
Must be able to crawl, squat, stand, climb for extended periods of time
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with any repairs or preventive tasks
Inspect and maintain all furniture for patient or staff use
Report any findings to the QI/Risk Management Director and your supervisor
Assemble furniture, filing cabinets, and various equipment
