Seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician for our 296 unit property in Augusta, GA. The perfect candidate will possess strong plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills. Should be highly organized and able to prioritize work orders. Communication skills a key too. English Speaking.
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include:
Helps keep the property safe and attractive Maintains relationships with staff members, current and prospective residents, and contractors working on the property Satisfies service tickets requested in a timely manner Assists with apartment make-ready procedures Inspects grounds daily, assists in preventative maintenance procedures Takes on call emergency work orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.90 - $20.20 per hour
