Responsibilities:

Complete daily

work orders

and

apartment turns

Troubleshoot and repair

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

Perform

painting, drywall repair, and carpentry

Complete

preventative maintenance

and basic grounds care Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop

Requirements:

1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience

Experience with: + Drywall, painting, carpentry + Plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets)
+ Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
+ Appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove)
+ Gas & electric water heaters

EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation REQUIRED

Ability to work

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

, with on-call every 4 weeks
