Position Details:

At IMT, we believe that where you work should feel like home, too. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a key role in creating a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents every day.###

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartment homes and common areas -- including

plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools

. Use your

IMT-provided tool set

to keep everything in top condition.

Prepare apartments

for new residents to ensure every home meets IMT's quality standards. Maintain the

property grounds

to deliver outstanding curb appeal for residents and guests. Support the

Service Manager and Community Manager

with additional projects as needed.

What You Bring

Experience in

residential property management, hotel maintenance, or a related field

. Strong hands-on skills across

plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools

. A

positive attitude

and eagerness to keep learning and growing. Excellent

customer service and communication skills

-- you're friendly, approachable, and reliable.

EPA Type II or Universal certification

and/or

CPO certification

are a plus. Comfort using

basic technology tools

(Outlook, SuiteSpot, etc.). Ability to participate in a

rotating on-call schedule

for maintenance emergencies. A

valid driver's license

and dependable transportation.
