Overview

We are looking to add a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to our Westbelt facility team. As the Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, and maintains Rogue facilities.



Our Westbelt facility is located in the Hilliard area. The address is: 2775 Westbelt Dr, Columbus, OH 43228.
Pay Range $30/hr - $42/hr
Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and building systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues Assist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment or facility issues before they become major problems Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety policies and regulations Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs Respond promptly to emergency repair needs

Qualifications2-4 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Candidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred knowledge of CNC, conveyance, powder coating, welding, and/or laser systems Preferred experience with Trumpf or comparable laser cutting systems Familiarity with optics alignment, assist gas systems, and dust extraction units Must be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Willing to put in extended hours including weekends as needed
