Responsibilities

To properly maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment to ensure proper and safe use.

• Advanced troubleshooting of equipment upon failure
• Preventative maintenance
• Moving and setting up equipment
• Interpret diagrams (hydraulic and electrical schematics), operation manuals and pneumatic systems
• Wiring of equipment and electrical drops within a high voltage area
• Welding, cutting, brazing and soldering as needed
• Operation of milling machines, drill presses and lathes as needed
• General building maintenance

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 High School Diploma/GED required.
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Ability to read, write, and comprehend required.
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Basic computer usage knowledge required.
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 5 years Industrial Electrical/Electronic experience preferred.
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Demonstrated ability in the operation of CNC equipment and other specialized equipment
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics desired
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Mechanical background to include troubleshooting skills desired
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Knowledge of PLC\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s and Motor Controls desired
\xc3\x82\xc2\xa8 Electrical knowledge in industrial/commercial environments, including 480 volt 3 phase and multi-meter usage

The schedule for this position is Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.
