Position:

Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift). first 3-month training is scheduled at 1st shift

Shift:

2nd shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM; 1st shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform independent electrical tasks during the 2nd shift, including basic diagnostics, repairs, and reporting to the supervisor. Ensure production machinery is properly maintained and operating efficiently. Disassemble equipment to repair or replace necessary components as needed. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, as well as Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Promptly report any safety concerns to the Supervisor or HS&E Manager. Stay up to date with company policies and procedures. Support the company's continuous improvement initiatives. Complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor efficiently and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a production environment. Strong electrical and mechanical skills. Experience with commercial HVAC systems is preferred. Familiarity with ISO standards and EHS compliance is a plus.
