Part-Time Maintenance Technician (On-Call)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation rental management company serving homes across a three-hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City, Bend, and everywhere in between. Our properties are featured on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled

Maintenance Technician

for part-time, on-call work in

Beaverton, Oregon

. This position is structured as an independent contractor role, not an employee position.

In this role, you will be contacted by a Regional Manager to coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable, and guest-ready.

Typical Responsibilities

Basic plumbing repairs, including clearing clogs and addressing minor leaks Basic electrical troubleshooting and replacing bulbs or switches Door and hardware repairs, including hinges and minor damage patches Hot tub maintenance, including chemical balancing (training provided) General property upkeep and guest-support tasks as needed

Requirements

Prior maintenance, handyman, or similar experience Reliable transportation and ability to travel in the Beaverton area Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25 to 30 pounds Availability for on-call needs and timely response to assignments Strong problem-solving skills and a friendly, guest-focused approach

Work occurs in Beaverton and nearby surrounding communities Tasks are assigned based on urgency and property availability Compensation is per job and varies by task
