Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech to support our properties in the Woodsville, NH area. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure properties are safe and well?maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Inspect properties regularly to identify issues, schedule repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs. Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order. Document all work completed and communicate status updates to property management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in property or facility maintenance. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Pay range: $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience. Part- time position with opportunities for overtime.
