Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians in the Statesville area! Looking for individuals who have 2 or more years of residential maintenance tech and supervisor experience. This position will ensure the safety and upkeep of facility grounds and equipment, and troubleshooting the necessary steps for preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in maintenance, mechanically inclined, a self starter, and possesses the appropriate skills to supervise and/or lead.

salary: $37,440 - $41,600 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• work hours: 7AM - 5PM M-TH and 7AM-12PM F
• Valid North Carolina Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License required.
• pay: $18-20/hr, dep on experience
• perform preventative maintenance plus unskilled and semi-skilled tasks on residential buildings, grounds, appliances, equipment, heating and cooling systems, etc...
• prepares vacant units for occupancy
• performs or assists in the installation, maintenance and repair of doors, windows, locks, downspouts and more
• maintains the upkeep of facility grounds by clearing debris, trimming, mowing and other advanced landscaping tasks.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry certifications preferred
