As a valued Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our facility's operational excellence, responsible for:

Proactive Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of

HVAC systems (required expertise)

, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsive Problem-Solving:

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents to efficiently diagnose and address any issues.

Effective Repairs:

Safety & Organization:

What You'll Bring to Our Team:

We're seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive individual:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in maintenance, with a preference for experience within skilled nursing facilities or similar residential settings.

Proven HVAC experience is a strict requirement for this role.
