What You'll Do:

Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plan and grounds Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them Work to turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents Actively communicate scheduled maintenance Assist the Director of Environmental Services with tasks as assigned

What you will need:

High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred. Active Boilers and Pool license is preferred
