Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This position involves hands-on repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and plant systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment such as conveyors, feeders, mills, and kilns. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records. Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime. Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE. Work closely with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred). 3+ years of maintenance or technical experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
