Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro.

Requirements for Maintenance Tech:
One year of experience performing building maintenance HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred Valid driver's license is required
Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech:
Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting Documenting completed work Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled
