Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Perform in room preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Execute residential painting, fabrication, and welding tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve overall facility operations.

Skills

Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Familiarity with residential painting techniques for upkeep of facility aesthetics.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
