Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to join our Camden team! This individual will be required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Perform equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Impact of the Role:

Requires full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes a variety of atypical assignments Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Performs manual tasks according to established procedures

Essential Functions:
Performs preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards Required Qualifications: + -

Required education and experience:

Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience

Physical Requirements:
+ - Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.
- Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.
- May be requested to work a different shift.
- This position is Safety-Sensitive.
