Position Summary
The
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role performs routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous production of our frozen products.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems for manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance per established schedules.
Quickly diagnose mechanical issues to reduce equipment downtime and maintain product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to support machine set-ups, changeovers, and calibrations.
Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work orders and equipment history.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards.
Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and general building systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support capital projects as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certification or trade school preferred.
1-3 years of experience
in a manufacturing or food production maintenance role.
Strong
mechanical aptitude
with proven ability to work with tools, machinery, and mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
Basic electrical troubleshooting and knowledge of PLC-controlled systems a plus.
Must be comfortable working around food-grade environments, with strict cleanliness and safety protocols.

Physical & Work Requirements
Must be able to
lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
regularly.
Requires standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
Ability to work in cold and/or wet environments typical of frozen food manufacturing.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as needed.
