Maintenance Tech Full Time (daily Pay Option Available)
Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in supervising the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance
with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our Center, and as may be directed by the Director of
Maintenance, to assure that our Center is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
Certificate in HVAC, Plumbing, Electric or property-related maintenance required.
Train assigned personnel in the proper techniques of maintenance service and use
of equipment, etc.
Repair equipment as needed
Perform property maintenance, including patching, painting, flooring
* Maintaining apartments with required repairs
