Maintenance Supervisor - Full Time

Skaalen Retirement Services is looking for a hands-on

Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor maintenance staff Handle work orders and daily repairs Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work Repair equipment and keep our campus running smoothly Set up and support special events Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED 1+ year of maintenance experience (healthcare preferred) Valid WI driver's license Skilled in at least one trade Able to work independently and as part of a team Organized, dependable, and a natural leader
