.What You'll Do
Lead and oversee all
building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance withlife safety, health, and senior living regulations
Perform and delegatepreventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Coordinate vendors, inspections, and emergency response Be a visible, dependable leader for staff and residentsWhat We're Looking For
Experience in
maintenance supervision
(senior living, healthcare, or facilities preferred) Strong knowledge ofHVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems
Leadership mindset withexcellent communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented Pride in creating asafe, well-maintained environment
