Job Description

```Duties```
- Manage and supervise a team
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance to resolve issues
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order management and tracking
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
