Syringa Property Management has an immediate Part time opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Bring your tools and experience to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho.
We require a background and drug screening as part of the employment opportunity.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, some janitorial work.
General maintenance duties include: (Not all encompassing)
Process and complete maintenance work orders timely
Grounds/lawn maintenance
Maintenance all vacant units for rent readiness
Some janitorial work for vacant units and the apartment building
On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
Assist Site Manager with inspections
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Be efficient and able to interact with residents and staff.
