Responsibilities:

Lead a maintenance team in maintaining a multifamily asset. Complete resident work orders promptly. Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Required CPO CAMT preferred Experience- Minimum 4 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role * Ability to participate in on-call rotation
