Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring the facility's equipment, systems, and maintenance staff are running efficiently.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to increase efficiency
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
- Proficiency in maintenance management practices
Pay:

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
