Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc. Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc. Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- In-person
- Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
- Driver\'s License (Preferred)
