Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Operations

Saguache ,CO

Summary:

Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and facilities. Drive KPIs, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and support reliability and compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians. Prioritize and oversee work orders, PMs, and inspections using CMMS. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and performance. Coordinate with vendors/contractors and support new equipment installations. Help maintain compliance with Cal-OSHA, EPA, PSM, HazMat, and other regulations.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Industrial Technology/Trades or 5+ years equivalent/military experience. Leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Strong technical troubleshooting and CMMS experience. Working knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, and facilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
