Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes through effective management of maintenance staff and resources. All associates must be available anytime with no restrictions and fill in as MOD/PIC. Holidays and weekends are required.

Duties

Supervise and lead team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. Fix work orders, repair damages to hotel, replace light bulbs, respond to guest requests, order supplies, PM rooms, inventory department, and communicate with the housekeeping team. Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues, implement preventive measures and conduct property walks. Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades and improvements. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and industrial maintenance.

Skills

Proven management skills with a focus on leadership in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and their applications in industrial settings. Proficiency in using MGS for maintenance tracking and reporting. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management, and general maintenance practices. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams. Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including high voltage systems. Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations. Competence in interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools used in maintenance tasks. Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
